Our lab for creativity, storytelling and strategic communication.
Through hands-on workshops, peer-to-peer collaboration and continuous feedback, we created a space where ideas could grow, connect, and become real.
Our mission was simple: to help five organisations, with us, to unlock their full potential by building bridges between people, projects, and perspectives.a
In this page, you will find:
- A sketch booklet. It includes the learnings and processes done by each organisation. It includes the logo design, strategic communications, theory of change and the pitch.
- A video filmed by the participants themselves. These are windows into the process, the connections, and the courage to accept our invitation to enjoy the journey more than the ending result.
We hope these glimpses of Nuraghi spark your curiosity and inspiration to join us in the next edition.

We see the need of bringing our tools to other organisations or interested people. This documents showcases the process how you can create your own booklet and reach the outcomes on:
- Mapping: what you already have
- Visual: pathway to your logo design
- Storytelling: writing a story you want to tell
- Strategic communication: deciding what do you want to communicate
- Shaping: how you share about what you do
Pangea
Pangea Aperta is a cultural organization that grew out of life in a small, intercultural Italian town. Watching neighbors from every continent share their lives taught them that behind every culture stands a human being. Today, they use artistic expression and languages, combined with a nonviolent approach, to create space for those voices to find their identity and build a more conscious, open society.

Peace Up!
Peace Up! is an organization based in Munich, who dreams big about a world where everyone can live in peace and dignity. As their full name says, they are dedicated to peace education and nonviolent conflict transformation. We are organising educational spaces that are focused on peace education, practical tools for conflict transformation and at the same time, producing resources that can support others in fostering peace and dialogue on the grassroots level.
Guided by the vision of peace and dignity for all, Peace Up! works to empower young people to take an active role in peacebuilding and conflict transformation processes.
